I designed this embroidery on the occasion of the COP 15 meeting in December 2009. The theme is as always, take care of the climate.
Light Blue
Date added: 2010-01-20

I have designed this embroidery with the blue vase as a starting point. I have chosen to have golden, silver and copper thread form a contrast with the blue shades.
Houses
Date added: 2010-01-20

It has been incredibly exciting to draw the houses of these three pillows. Although they are out of my imagination, they should still look like real houses. You can download the house on the small pillow as a free pattern.

Orange
Date added: 2010-05-22

Table runner.
My idea with this cross stitch pattern was to use a simple design. Also, the idea was to create a pattern that had a fixed width, but with a variable length. I have used orange hand-dyed-yarn from Stef Francis 08/01 MC. Other colour changing yarn can be used, or use a solid colour DMC 722. Stitched on linen (10 threads per centimeter). Final measures: 16 x 142 centimeter.
March 2009

A day in March, 2009...
To me, cross stitching is about exploring as
many different directions as possible, experimenting,
developing and constantly being curious. What
interests me, is the initial idea and the shaping
of the motive. Some of my results can be seen on this
website. Enjoy, Bodil.
